EASTER
We welcome everyone every week. The week leading up to Easter and Easter Sunday are especially filled with worship services and events that everyone is welcome to attend. See below for a complete list of Easter Week activities and events
March 24th - 10:15 am
Palm Sunday
The Sunday before Easter we celebrate Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem. The people welcomed Jesus with open arms and shouts of Joy. Join us as we remember this day of celebration, and God's gift to us.
March 28th - 7:00 pm
Holy Thursday
On this night, we remember Jesus' final meal with his disciples. He broke bread and shared with them a final command to love one another. Please join us as we host this combined worship with several other United Methodist Churches in our area.
March 29th - 7:00 pm
Good Friday
This evening we remember the trial and crucifixion of Jesus. While the events of this day were brutal and terrible, we call it Good because Jesus accepted all that happen for our Good. This worship will also be led by a combination of area United Methodist Churches.
March 31st
Easter Sunday
We are all searching for something in our lives: peace, hope, acceptance, forgiveness, love. On Easter, we celebrate the empty tomb, and Jesus' resurrection. Our Easter Sunday activities include:
9:45 am - Easter Egg hunt for the kids
10:15 am - Easter Worship
