The Shepherd Journey
The 4th installment of our Faith Journeys series looks at the parable of the lost sheep. A shepherd who has 100 sheep has discovered that one is missing. What he does next is a lesson to us all no matter where we are in our own faith journeys. In our sermon series this month called “Faith Journeys,” we are drilling down and discovering what it means to be a disciple in Christ’s eyes. Using 5 journeys in the Gospel stories, 2 based on actual journeys and 3 within parables, we are looking at the central teachings of Jesus, and what it means to be a follower of Christ.
