All churches, like people, grow old by default. Every day the church and the people who make up the church are another day older. Thriving churches, however, have the skills necessary to grow young at the same time. In part one we will look at Leading which includes young people in the ministry of our church.

Have you ever been or experienced someone leading who hoards keys? What was that like?
What keys (or responsibilities) do you have? Do any make you feel overwhelming or anxious?
Did you ever have a time when a leader believed in you and helped you take on new tasks or responsibilities?
What keys could you share, especially with youth and young adults?
